Regathering Plan

*Updated: June 3, 2020*

As we continue to develop our strategy to regather on campus, your health and safety remain our top priority. Our current plan is to regather on our campus the weekend of July 11 and 12. At this time, our weekend services remain online only.

In addition, effective immediately, groups of 50 or fewer individuals may gather on our campus (while adhering to CDC guidelines).

We are closely monitoring developments surrounding COVID-19, and we are committed to keeping you informed as new information becomes available. This page will be updated regularly with the latest information and next steps.

Regathering FAQs

How Long Will Weekend Services Remain Online Only?

At this time, our plan is to regather the weekend of July 11 and 12. We are closely monitoring the situation and we will keep you informed as new information becomes available. We will continue provide weekly updates via video and email, and this website will be updated regularly. We appreciate your patience as we take a cautious and thoughtful approach to regathering.

What Criteria Will We Use to Determine When to Transition to Phase 3?

Our elders and church staff are monitoring developments regarding the COVID-19 cases and transmission along with CDC and government guidelines. In addition, we are also considering the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of our church family. As we continue to carefully monitor the situation, we are actively preparing for our target date to regather (the weekend of July 11 and 12) and ensuring we are ready to safely regather in person on campus.

Are Lifegroups Able to Gather at This Time?

As of June 3, LifeGroups are able to gather in person. However, we recognize that some LifeGroups may desire to continue meeting virtually based on their specific situations. Our LifeGroups team is available to provide support or resources as needed. For more information, contact the LifeGroups team here.
