Baptism at Copper Hills

What is baptism?

Baptism is a physical sign of the spiritual reality that we have been united to Jesus by faith.

Here at Copper Hills, our mission is to help each other do the next moment with Jesus so we can increasingly be with, think like, and be mistaken for Him.

Baptism is one important way we fulfill our mission. Baptism signifies how our faith has united us to Jesus as those who have died, risen, and now live in Jesus by the Spirit.

Because baptism is such a significant step of public obedience to Jesus as our King, we ask every person considering baptism to attend our Exploring Baptism session and meet with a pastor before deciding to schedule their baptism.

Exploring Baptism Class

Exploring Baptism is a one-hour session where you can ask questions, explore truth from Scripture about baptism, and create a written account of your personal journey with Jesus.

If you sense God leading you to explore more about baptism at Copper Hills, your next step is to attend Exploring Baptism. Choose from our upcoming or future classes.

We’re excited to see how Jesus will use this step to help you be with, think like, and be mistaken for Him.
