Baptism is a physical sign of the spiritual reality that we have been united to Jesus by faith. It's our first public step of obedience to Jesus as our King and a beautiful picture of our union with Jesus' death and resurrection.
Kids exploring faith in Jesus often have many questions about baptism: Why do we do baptism? What is baptism? Who should get baptized? What role does baptism play in our journey with Jesus? Should someone get baptized again?
This interactive, engaging session explores the good news of Jesus and the biblical foundations for baptism for kids.
Kids will not be pressured to make a decision about baptism. This is only an informational session.
Each Exploring Baptism for Kids is offered at the same time as our Exploring Baptism session for adults and students. These sessions are usually timed six weeks before a Baptism Sunday.
Attending Exploring Baptism is a required part of our baptism process at Copper Hills.
