FPU consists of a one-hour video by Dave Ramsey, then about 30 minutes of follow up questions and discussion of the lesson just viewed. If you follow what Dave teaches, you will get out of debt, learn to budget, and start saving money. FPU also teaches you about insurance, negotiating, mortgages, investing etc.
