    Description: The Student Ministry Coordinator provides administrative, organizational, and ministry support for the Student Ministry at Copper Hills Church (CHSM). This role serves as a key support to the Student Pastor by helping coordinate ministry systems, communication, events, and weekly ministry operations. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive support, the Student Ministry Coordinator helps create environments where students, parents, and volunteers can experience a well-prepared and engaging ministry. 

    This position is ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys serving behind the scenes while also participating in weekly ministry gatherings and events. The Student Ministry Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining clear communication, supporting volunteers, coordinating ministry logistics, and helping CHSM accomplish its mission of helping students be with Jesus, think like Jesus, and be mistaken for Jesus.
