Now Hiring: Technical Director

Full-Time | Copper Hills Church

Copper Hills Church is looking for a Technical Director to lead and oversee all aspects of live production for our Sunday gatherings, special events, and Center for the Arts productions. This role is a mix of hands-on technical expertise and leadership, helping us create meaningful worship experiences where people encounter Jesus.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the production of audio, video, lighting, and livestream for services and events

• Oversee and maintain production systems and equipment

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of passionate volunteers

• Support technical needs for various ministries across the church

• Ensure services run smoothly so people can focus on experiencing God

Description: Copper Hills Church is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming church campus. This role supports both the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning of the Facilities & Events team. The technician performs hands-on repairs, preventative maintenance, and facilities upkeep across all Copper Hills Church buildings and grounds.
