Description: The Production Director is a full-time ministry and leadership role responsible for creative production, technical operations, volunteer development, and project management to elevate weekend worship services and Center for the Arts programming. This role combines hands-on operation (audio, video, lighting, media playback), systems improvement, event technical planning, and volunteer discipleship to ensure productions intentionally point people to Jesus, support Next Steps pathways, and build community through the arts.
